How does a horse make it in here? Here it is.

Legendary JMEN is for life — once earned, it stays. Data-driven criterion, derived from the official CBH/CSN ranking. Nothing is granted, nothing is invented. A horse must be at least ★★★★ Outstanding to qualify, and meet at least one of the paths below.
